  Michael FitzGibbons brings both private and public sector experience to insurance industry clients and other financial concerns. His career began in 1977 as the controller of a life insurer and then moved to the public sector as Chief Examiner and Deputy Insurance Commissioner of the Indiana Insurance Department. 

In 1985 Mr. FitzGibbons again joined the private sector as Vice President of both Armco Financial Services Group and Universal Reinsurance Corporation.

Since the mid 1990’s Mr. FitzGibbons has been a prominent insurance consultant and has acted as the appointed Receiver for numerous insurance regulators, other governmental agencies and has testified as an expert in several insurance related matters.

Mr. FitzGibbons has both a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and an MBA from Indiana University, is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), a Certified Insurance Receiver (ML) and a former ARIAS U.S Certified Arbitrator.
